Measurement in a New Golden Age?

The 1990s were a simple time. Mobile phones were not yet ubiquitous, the internet was still a curiosity, and video content was limited to linear TV and VHS tapes. Contrasting this with the present day, concerns exist around addiction to our smartphones, the internet is a utility that many of us would struggle to live and work without, and we have an almost unlimited library of audio and video content in the palm of our hand.

The one constant that has navigated this change with enthusiasm is the advertising industry. Audiences can be accessed across more channels, with more precision, at any time of day. But how many of us can recall the last great advert that we were exposed to?
